The house is well furnished and equipped with all necessary stuffs . We are looking for single or a couple to move in .
Rent is $130 plus $20 utility bills for single /week Move in cost is 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent . We are looking for ONLY LONG TERM ( min 6 months ) tenants .
