We have one large bedroom for rent in Bull Creek. The room is available immediately.
You must work full time or be a student with means to pay rent. We are after someone who cleans up after themselves, is trustworthy and is generally clean and tidy.
You will be sharing with two males, aged 23 and 27. Both work full time as a Chef and an IT Technician respectively. We are both easy going guys (from Australia and Ireland). We both have girlfriends who live elsewhere but visit regularly. We think that this place would best suit someone aged 20 ? 30, any gender.
Rent is $190 per week, which includes all bills (yep, including unlimited internet and gardening services). You must be able to pay rent fortnightly or weekly. There is a bond of $640 ? sorry, this is non-negotiable. We would require 2 weeks rent and the bond up front.
The room is partly furnished with a standalone wardrobe, queen ensemble bed (no manchester) and two bedsides. The bed and bedsides can be removed with prior warning, but the wardrobe must stay. There is probably room for a small amount of extra furniture, like a desk or chest of drawers (this room previously had a double bed, the wardrobe, tall chest of drawers and a desk in it!). You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
The house itself is fully furnished, as per the photographs. We have pretty much everything you would need i.e. TV, couches, dining suite, washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, split system reverse cycle air conditioning, BBQ. There is a large backyard with undercover area. Smoking is OK as long as it?s outside. There is a single garage with automatic door.
We are a 10 minute walk to Murdoch Station and a 15-20 minute walk to Bull Creek Station - we are a 2 minute drive to each. We are very close to Stockland Shopping Centre Bull Creek (literally a 3 minute walk). Garden City is a 10 minute drive; Southlands Boulevarde is a 10 minute drive.
