We are walking distance to Murdoch Train Station, which is only 10 minutes from CBD by train line. Also we are near Fremantle, Canning Vale, Murdoch University, Bibra Lake and Myaree.

I am also a highly educated engineer with lots of skills. In my home I share these values with my young tenants by cooking meals, cooperation, calculation, supervision and communication with them. My home has 80 features, which can be rated as an executive Boarding House. During the last year on average 3 young boys less than 32 years old were living and renting here per week. There are 4 rooms for rent in my home. Rooms 1 to 4. Room 1 is a double shared room. Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are private single rooms.
Room 1 is fully furnished with beautiful Papasan bamboo lounge, custom made chest of 9 drawers, clothes hanging rack, large table, computer desk, bunk bed, all sufficient warm beddings, oil electric heater, carpet and 2 book shelves for putting your things on. This double shared room has two partitioning thick curtains for privacy between the two tenants who share this room. The area of this room is 18 m2 and has a safe which you can put your valuables in it. This room 1 is suited for students or new migrants or back packers who are able to rent the room for 2 nights to 3 months with $50 - $600 bond depending on the length of their stay.
Work Swap for Rent are available for tenants in this room to get discount with the rate of $12/hour for home based projects they do.
Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are fully furnished with beautiful bamboo timber floor, custom made desks, wardrobe, bed, all sufficient beddings and shelves for putting your things on. These three private rooms are next to a shared and clean bathroom. These 3 private rooms are suited for 3 professionals or students who are able to rent the room for 3 to 6 months. Our home is fully renovated with lots of flowers and green areas in big yards. There is plasma TV in living room with flu log fire gas heater and Persian carpets. Our kitchen is new and modern with microwave, hot plate, dish washer and wall oven.
My home has recently been painted with feature walls, which looks modern. TV Room has timber floor. This room has windows and roller door, all with security screens. Our prices are competitive because we are $80 - $110/week cheaper than a similar local home stay. This loss has been compensated by giving home based projects to our tenants to do half an hour a day on average. However premium tenants can pay $42/week more and do not do these projects.
